Subscription Management: You must manage your subscription, including cancellations and payment information, through our dedicated subscription portal at http://app.timeless-hoops.com/. Changes made outside this portal may not be recognized.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on the subscription portal or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused content.

2. User Eligibility

Our Service is intended for basketball players and enthusiasts, including youth players. We anticipate that parents or legal guardians will purchase and manage subscriptions on behalf of minors. By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property
